Interested In Hosting Trivia?

If you’re interested in hosting trivia, we’d love for you to reach out to us. We regularly receive requests to host trivia at various venues across the area, but our capacity to do so is limited. If you think hosting sounds like fun, we’d love to hear from you.

After receiving your information, we’ll reach out to you. We will most likely ask you to guest-host for a few of us in order for us to see how you do. If we decide you’d be a good fit, we will set you up with a gig as soon as we have one available for you.

As a sidenote, we are also very slowly branching out into Music Bingo, so, if you’re interested in that, we can work with you there, too.

What We Expect

  • We expect you to be professional, but fun.
  • We expect that you are able to project your voice (you don’t need to shout, but, even with a PA system, your voice needs to be clear and understandable).
  • We expect you to interact positively with the staff and leadership of your venue(s) when you have gigs.
  • We expect you to show up when and where you’re scheduled.
  • We expect you to represent the Winchester Trivia brand well.

What We Provide

  • We will help set you up with a venue when one becomes available.
  • We will help train you, if necessary, and provide you with constructive feedback where appropriate.
    • As mentioned above, we’ll ask you to fill in for a few of us before sending you out on your own so we can get an idea of how you do things, and we’ll be there to observe and assist.
  • We will help negotiate a competitive, fair compensation package.
  • We can provide you with pre-written questions for your trivia events.
  • We can help you get any necessary equipment for hosting.
  • We will provide you with branded PDFs of our standard score tracker sheets and our packs of answer cards.
    • You will be responsible for printing them yourself, but we will offer assistance explaining how best to do so.
  • We will help promote your trivia events on our website.
